Sinestro, Star Sapphire, Starro and Zatanna have unique versions of Psychic Assault with additional effects which can be unlocked and used on any champion when the champion it is associated with reaches level 5 and is owned or if the Stolen Power is bought with Merit.

Star Sapphire's Psychic Assault[]
Star Sapphire's Psychic Assault reduces incoming healing as well as Slowing.
Starro's Psychic Assault[]
Starro's Psychic Assault reduces Attack Damage as well as Slowing.
Zatanna's Psychic Assault[]
Zatanna's Psychic Assault applies a stronger Slow and lasts longer.
